Executive Summary

This research examined how AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity currently recommend cosmetic dentists in Forsyth County, Georgia. The study evaluated 35 locally-operating dental practices, ranging from general and family dentistry offices that advertise cosmetic services to dedicated periodontics and oral surgery specialists, to determine which businesses receive AI recommendations for cosmetic dentistry queries and why.

The findings show the strongest AI visibility rate of any market this research program has studied so far. Twenty-one of the 35 practices analyzed (60.0%) received at least one AI recommendation during testing, while 14 (40.0%) never appeared in any response. That is roughly triple the visibility rate found in Forsyth County's chiropractic market and meaningfully higher than the med spa category, suggesting cosmetic dentistry recommendations are less consolidated than other local healthcare categories tested to date.

Sharon Springs Dental emerged as the AI visibility leader with 10 documented mentions, the only practice in the study to appear across all four platforms and all five prompts tested. O'Rourke Family and Cosmetic Dentistry followed with 8 mentions across three platforms, also appearing on every prompt. Six practices accounted for 45 of 77 attributable mentions, or 58.4% of all in-market recommendation volume, while the remaining 15 recommended practices split the last 41.6%.

What separates the visible from the invisible here is more nuanced than a single trust signal. Star ratings show almost no relationship with recommendation status: practices that received AI mentions averaged a 4.86 Google rating, while practices that received none averaged 4.88, a difference in the opposite direction of what is typically assumed. Review volume tells a more useful story, though an imperfect one. Recommended practices carry a higher average review count (559) than non-recommended practices (364), but the exceptions are striking: Southern Smiles of Forsyth earned six AI mentions, including a spot in the top tier, with only 28 Google reviews, the smallest review base of any practice in the entire study. Meanwhile Bright Smiles, with 849 reviews and a strong rating, received zero mentions across all 20 platform-prompt tests.

A second pattern is worth flagging directly. Among the 14 practices that received no AI recommendations, four are positioned primarily around periodontics, oral surgery, or dental implants rather than general or cosmetic dentistry. AI systems answering "best cosmetic dentist" queries appear to filter out practices whose public identity centers on a different dental specialty, even when their reviews are excellent. This explains part, but not all, of the visibility gap: the other ten non-recommended practices are general or family dental offices with no obvious category mismatch, meaning specialization alone does not fully account for who gets recommended and who does not.

The most significant finding for any practice reading this report is platform divergence. Perplexity recommended a substantially different set of practices than ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Twelve of the 21 recommended practices, including the second-ranked practice and both practices tied for third, never appeared in a single Perplexity response. Two practices appeared only on Perplexity and nowhere else. A practice optimizing for one AI platform's recommendation logic cannot assume the others will follow.

For cosmetic dentists in Forsyth County, the takeaway is that AI visibility in this category is achievable and not yet dominated by a small handful of practices, but it is also platform-specific in a way that single-channel optimization will not solve.

Key Finding

Cosmetic dentistry shows the highest AI visibility rate this research program has found in Forsyth County — 60% of practices received at least one recommendation. But platform divergence is significant: Perplexity recommended a largely different set of practices than ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Visibility on one platform does not transfer to another.

Key Findings

Finding 1: Recommendations Are Concentrated, But Less Severely Than Other Categories

Six practices account for 45 of 77 attributable mentions (58.4%). Eleven practices account for 65 mentions (84.4%). If recommendations were distributed evenly across the 35 practices studied, each would receive roughly 2.2 mentions; the leading practice received 10, about 4.5 times that baseline. That multiplier is meaningfully smaller than what this research found in Forsyth County chiropractic (roughly 9 times baseline) or med spas (roughly 9 times baseline), indicating cosmetic dentistry recommendations, while still concentrated at the top, are spread across a wider set of credible answers.

Highest AI Visibility Rate Studied

60.0% of cosmetic dentists in this study received at least one AI recommendation — compared to 20.6% for chiropractors and 38.6% for med spas in the same market. The path to AI visibility is more open in this category than in any other Forsyth County category this research has examined.

Finding 2: Review Volume Shows a Mild Relationship With Visibility; Star Rating Does Not

Practices receiving AI recommendations averaged 4.86 stars; practices receiving none averaged 4.88, essentially no difference and, if anything, slightly in favor of the non-recommended group. Review count moves in the expected direction on average, with recommended practices averaging 559 reviews against 364 for non-recommended practices, but the pattern breaks down at the extremes. Southern Smiles of Forsyth earned 6 mentions and a Tier 1 ranking with only 28 reviews, the lowest review count of any practice studied. Bright Smiles carries 849 reviews and a 4.7 rating and received zero mentions across all 20 platform-prompt tests. Review volume appears to help on average without functioning as a reliable predictor for any individual practice.

Star Ratings Show Almost No Relationship With Visibility

Recommended practices averaged 4.86 stars. Non-recommended practices averaged 4.88 — essentially identical, and slightly in the wrong direction. In this category, a high star rating alone does not predict AI recommendation. Something else is doing the work.

Finding 3: Specialist Positioning Explains Part of the Gap, Not All of It

Four of the 14 non-recommended practices — Forsyth Periodontics and Implants, Montes Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery, and Georgia Implants and Dentures — are positioned around periodontics, oral surgery, or implant and denture work rather than general or cosmetic dentistry, and none received a single mention for "cosmetic dentist" queries despite strong reviews. AI systems appear to recognize these as a different category of dental specialist. That said, the other 10 non-recommended practices are general or family dental offices that plausibly offer cosmetic services and show no obvious category mismatch, meaning specialization clarity is one factor among several rather than the deciding one.

Finding 4: A Few Practices Answer Every Version of the Question; Most Don't

Sharon Springs Dental, O'Rourke Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, and Bragg Dental each appeared across all five prompts tested, regardless of whether the question was phrased as "best," "top," "reputation," or "recommend." Forsyth Dental Town Adult and Cosmetic appeared on all four platforms but only 3 of the 5 prompts, suggesting that platform breadth and prompt versatility are related but distinct signals: being known broadly across AI systems does not guarantee surfacing for every way a prospective patient might phrase the question.

Finding 5: Perplexity Recommends a Largely Different Leaderboard Than the Other Three Platforms

This is the most actionable finding in the research. Twelve of the 21 recommended practices never appeared in a single Perplexity response, including O'Rourke Family and Cosmetic Dentistry (the second-most-mentioned practice overall) and both practices tied for third, Bragg Dental and Forsyth Dental Partners. Conversely, two practices, North Atlanta Family Dentistry and Sugar Hill Corners Dentistry, appeared only on Perplexity and on no other platform tested. A practice that has built strong visibility on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini cannot assume that visibility carries over to Perplexity, and vice versa.

Platform Divergence Is Significant

12 of 21 recommended practices never appeared on Perplexity. Two practices appeared only on Perplexity and nowhere else. A practice optimizing for one AI platform cannot assume visibility transfers to the others.

Finding 6: The Visibility Gap Is Not a Website Problem

All 35 practices studied maintain a documented, active website. There are no cases in this market of a non-recommended practice lacking a basic web presence. Whatever separates the visible from the invisible in cosmetic dentistry, it is not the absence of a website.

Sixty percent visibility means cosmetic dentistry is the least consolidated category this research program has examined in Forsyth County. The chiropractic market showed a 20.6% visibility rate; the med spa market showed 38.6%. That does not mean visibility is easy or guaranteed. It means the path to becoming one of the 21 is more open here than in other local healthcare categories, and the path out of the remaining 14 is correspondingly more achievable.

Research Methodology

Study Design

This research tested five prompt variations across four AI platforms to identify which cosmetic dentists received recommendations from AI systems. Each prompt targeted local cosmetic dentistry discovery intent, the types of questions a prospective patient would actually ask when researching a smile makeover, veneers, whitening, or a general "best cosmetic dentist" recommendation.

AI Platforms Tested

  • ChatGPT (OpenAI's conversational AI assistant)
  • Gemini (Google's AI assistant)
  • Claude (Anthropic's conversational AI)
  • Perplexity (AI-powered search engine focused on research)

Prompts Used

The following five prompts were submitted to each of the four platforms, for 20 total platform-prompt tests:

  1. "Who is the best cosmetic dentist in Forsyth County, GA?"
  2. "What are the top cosmetic dentists in Forsyth County, GA?"
  3. "Who is the best cosmetic dentist in Cumming, GA?"
  4. "Which cosmetic dentist in Cumming, GA has the best reputation?"
  5. "What cosmetic dentist would you recommend in Forsyth County, GA?"

Sample Characteristics

The study inventory included 35 distinct dental practices serving Forsyth County, compiled from Google Maps, Google Search, Healthgrades, Yelp, BBB, and local directory listings. Thirty-four of the 35 practices operate in Cumming; one, Sugar Hill Corners Dentistry, serves the market from neighboring Sugar Hill. The inventory spans general and family dental offices that market cosmetic services, dedicated cosmetic dentistry brands, and specialist periodontics, oral surgery, and implant practices.

Research Notes and Limitations

Mention counts in this report were reconciled directly against the raw AI response log rather than relying on the workbook's automated tracking. That reconciliation mattered here more than it has in prior research: minor name-format differences between the business directory and how AI referred to a practice — such as an apostrophe in "O'Rourke" versus its absence in the directory listing, or a trailing space after "Sharon Springs Dental" — caused the original tracking to miss both the first and second-ranked practices in the entire study. Sharon Springs Dental and O'Rourke Family and Cosmetic Dentistry are corrected to their accurate mention counts in this report.

One mention, referencing "Aspen Dental" on Perplexity, named a national franchise brand not included in the original 35-practice directory, likely a nearby location outside the immediate study area. One additional mention, referencing "Cumming Dental Smiles" on ChatGPT without a location, could not be attributed to either of the two same-branded practices in the directory and was excluded from both individual tallies. One practice in the directory, Forsyth Dental Center, has an incomplete phone number on file in the source data.

Standard limitations also apply: this research represents a point-in-time snapshot as of June 2026, geographic interpretation of "Forsyth County" versus "Cumming" varied slightly by platform, and this research documents which practices appear in recommendations rather than the underlying retrieval mechanics that produced any individual response.

The top six practices account for 45 of 77 attributable mentions (58.4%). The top eleven account for 65 mentions (84.4%). The remaining ten recommended practices and all 14 non-recommended practices together account for the final 15.6% of recommendation volume.

Analysis of Top Recommended Practices

Shared Characteristics

Broad, Cosmetic-Forward Brand Identity

Every Tier 1 practice presents itself as general or family dentistry with explicit cosmetic positioning, rather than as a narrow specialist. O'Rourke Family and Cosmetic Dentistry and Forsyth Dental Town Adult and Cosmetic both put cosmetic services directly in their business name. None of the six leaders are periodontics, oral surgery, or implant-only brands.

Full Prompt Coverage Among the True Leaders

Sharon Springs Dental, O'Rourke Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, and Bragg Dental each appeared across all five prompts tested, general and reputation-specific alike. This breadth, rather than dominance on any single platform, is what separates the top three from the rest of Tier 1.

Reviews That Clear a Bar Without Leading the Market

The Tier 1 average review count is 615, but that figure is skewed upward by Forsyth Dental Partners (947 reviews); the tier also includes Southern Smiles of Forsyth, which earned its Tier 1 ranking with only 28 reviews. None of the six leaders carries the single highest review count in the market.

Consistent, if Imperfect, Business Information

Most Tier 1 and Tier 2 practices maintain complete, consistent name, address, and phone information. The one documented exception, Forsyth Dental Center's incomplete phone listing, did not prevent that practice from earning two AI mentions, suggesting entity completeness functions as one input among several rather than a strict gate in this category.

Platform-Specific Rather Than Universal Recognition

Only two of the six Tier 1 practices, Sharon Springs Dental and Forsyth Dental Town Adult and Cosmetic, appeared on all four platforms tested. The other four leaders built their ranking through depth on three platforms rather than breadth across all four, reinforcing that no single practice in this market has solved AI visibility on every platform simultaneously.

What These Patterns Suggest

The practices winning AI recommendation in this category share a clear cosmetic-forward identity and, more importantly, a track record of surfacing across multiple ways of asking the same underlying question. Reviews and ratings appear to function as a baseline rather than a ranking mechanism: nearly every practice in this market, recommended or not, maintains a strong rating, which means the practices that separate themselves do so through positioning and consistency of mention rather than through outperforming the field on stars alone.

This category's lower concentration multiplier, compared to chiropractic and med spa research in the same market, suggests AI systems currently treat general and family dental practices with cosmetic offerings as a less differentiated category than aesthetic medicine or chiropractic care, leaving more room near the top for additional practices to enter the recommendation set.

What AI Appears To Reward

Cosmetic-Forward General Positioning

Practices that present themselves as general or family dentistry with clear cosmetic service lines outperformed narrow specialists. Periodontics, oral surgery, and implant-focused practices were effectively absent from cosmetic dentistry recommendations regardless of review strength, suggesting AI systems are filtering by dental specialty before reputation enters the calculation.

Versatility Across How the Question Is Asked

The practices with the strongest visibility answered the question regardless of its exact phrasing, whether framed as "best," "top," "most reputable," or "recommend." Practices appearing on only one or two of the five prompts tested ranked lower even when they appeared on multiple platforms, indicating that prompt versatility is a distinct and valuable signal separate from raw platform reach.

Review Volume as a Soft Signal, Not a Hard Requirement

On average, recommended practices carry more reviews than non-recommended ones, but the relationship is loose enough that a practice with very few reviews, such as Southern Smiles of Forsyth's 28, can still earn a Tier 1 ranking, while a practice with hundreds of reviews can still be passed over entirely. Review volume appears to help at the margin without functioning as a gate.

Platform-Specific Recognition

This research found real differences in which practices each AI platform favors. Perplexity in particular diverged sharply from the other three, recommending two practices that no other platform named while ignoring twelve practices that ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini recommended repeatedly. Visibility built for one platform does not automatically transfer to another.

Entity Completeness as a Contributing, Not Decisive, Factor

The data does not show entity inconsistency as a hard blocker in this market. The one practice with an incomplete phone listing still earned mentions, and the non-recommended group includes practices with fully complete listings. Complete, consistent information likely still helps, but it is not the single deciding factor here.

The AI Visibility Gap

Market Reality

Fourteen of the 35 cosmetic dentists analyzed (40.0%) did not receive a single AI recommendation during this research. This is the smallest non-recommended group, proportionally, that this research program has documented in Forsyth County, but it still represents two in five practices that are currently invisible to a growing discovery channel.

The Opportunity Interpretation

Four of these 14 practices — Forsyth Periodontics and Implants, Montes Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery, and Georgia Implants and Dentures — are positioned around a different dental specialty than cosmetic dentistry, and their absence from these specific recommendations may reflect accurate category-matching rather than a visibility failure. A periodontics practice not appearing for "best cosmetic dentist" queries is arguably the correct outcome, not a gap to close, unless that practice also wants to compete for general cosmetic dentistry patients.

The remaining 10 non-recommended practices are a different story. Bright Smiles (849 reviews, 4.7 stars), Cumming Dental Smiles' two locations (754 and 400 reviews), DentFirst Dental Care Cumming (511 reviews), and Family Dentistry on Freedom (456 reviews) all maintain strong, well-reviewed general practices with no obvious reason to be absent from cosmetic dentistry recommendations. Their invisibility looks like a genuine visibility gap rather than an accurate category filter.

Common Characteristics of Non-Recommended Practices

  • Different Dental Specialty: Four non-recommended practices are positioned around periodontics, oral surgery, or implants and dentures rather than general or cosmetic dentistry.
  • Lower End of the Review Range, In Some Cases: A1 Dental Clinic (44 reviews) and All Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry (68 reviews) sit at the low end of the market's review range, though Southern Smiles of Forsyth's 28 reviews and Tier 1 ranking shows this alone does not explain absence from recommendations.
  • No Clear Differentiator Despite Strong Reviews: Several of the highest-reviewed non-recommended practices, including Bright Smiles and the Cumming Dental Smiles locations, appear to lack the specific content or positioning signals that would make them stand out for a cosmetic dentistry query specifically, despite a generalist service menu broad enough to plausibly include cosmetic work.

What Non-Recommended Practices Can Learn

For the general and family practices in this group, the path forward is less about reviews, which most already have in strong supply, and more about making cosmetic services an explicit, visible part of how the practice presents itself online. For the specialist practices in this group, the relevant question is whether competing for "cosmetic dentist" recommendations is even the right goal, or whether AI visibility efforts should instead target the specialty queries those practices are built to answer.

Competitive Insights

Recommendation Distribution

If AI recommendations were distributed evenly across the 35 practices studied, each would receive roughly 2.2 mentions out of the 77 attributable total. Instead, the leading practice, Sharon Springs Dental, received 10, about 4.5 times that baseline. This is a real concentration effect, but it is the mildest of the three Forsyth County categories this research program has studied, suggesting AI systems treat cosmetic dentistry as a less winner-take-most category than chiropractic care or med spa aesthetics.

AI recommendation concentration

Six practices capture more than half of all AI mentions, but the remaining volume is spread across fifteen more

0%25%50%75%100%
Top 6 practices (58.4%)
Next 5 practices (26.0%)
Remaining 10 practices (15.6%)

Just six practices account for 58.4% of all attributable AI recommendations in Forsyth County cosmetic dentistry. The other 29 practices studied, including 14 with zero mentions, split the remaining 41.6%.

Market Leadership Concentration

Six practices control 58.4% of all documented in-market AI mentions. Eleven practices control 84.4%. Compared to the chiropractic and med spa research conducted in the same county, this concentration is real but noticeably less extreme, leaving more practical room for additional practices to break into the recommendation set without needing to overtake an entrenched leader.

Platform Disagreement as a Competitive Factor

Perhaps the clearest competitive insight in this research is that AI platforms disagree with each other more than the typical visibility narrative suggests. A practice that has earned strong visibility on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — such as O'Rourke Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, Bragg Dental, or Forsyth Dental Partners — can still be entirely absent from Perplexity's answers. Practices treating "AI visibility" as a single target are likely underestimating how platform-specific the underlying signals actually are.

Visibility Leadership Characteristics

Sharon Springs Dental's position as the sole practice with full coverage across all four platforms and all five prompts reflects a combination of factors: a strong 1,403-review base, a 4.9 rating, and consistent recognition regardless of how the question was phrased. The gap between Sharon Springs Dental (10 mentions) and second-ranked O'Rourke Family and Cosmetic Dentistry (8 mentions) is the largest single gap in the leaderboard, after which Tier 1 compresses into a tight cluster at 6 to 7 mentions.

Market Implications

The Shift from Search Engines to Recommendation Engines

Historically, cosmetic dentists relied on Google search visibility, Google Maps prominence, and patient referral for new patient acquisition. A prospective patient typically searched "cosmetic dentist near me" or "best dentist in Cumming for veneers" and selected from paid ads and organic search results.

This is changing for cosmetic dentistry specifically because the decision is often research-heavy and appearance-driven. A patient considering veneers, whitening, or a full smile makeover is increasingly likely to ask an AI assistant a direct question — "who is the best cosmetic dentist in Forsyth County" — and receive a curated answer rather than a ranked list of links.

Cosmetic Dentistry Discovery in 2026

This research reflects patient behavior in mid-2026. The 60% visibility rate found here, the highest of any Forsyth County category studied, suggests AI platforms currently treat general and cosmetic dentistry as a broader, less winner-take-most category than aesthetic medicine or chiropractic care. That openness will not last indefinitely. As more practices recognize the opportunity and invest in AI visibility deliberately, the recommendation set is likely to consolidate the way it already has in other local healthcare categories.

Competitive Advantage Window

With 14 of 35 practices currently invisible to AI, and the visible 21 still spread across a relatively wide leaderboard rather than dominated by one or two practices, this is one of the more accessible categories for a non-recommended practice to enter. That window is widest for general and family practices with strong existing reviews that have simply not made cosmetic positioning explicit, and narrower for specialist periodontics and oral surgery practices, whose opportunity likely lies in different query types altogether.

How Cosmetic Dentists Can Improve AI Visibility

Make Cosmetic Positioning Explicit

  • Build dedicated pages for individual cosmetic procedures (veneers, professional whitening, Invisalign and clear aligners, full smile makeovers) rather than burying them in a general "services" list
  • Lead website and Google Business Profile copy with cosmetic dentistry language, even for practices that also handle general and family dental care
  • Feature before-and-after smile galleries and patient case studies tied to specific procedures
  • Use the terms prospective patients actually search and ask AI about ("veneers," "smile makeover," "teeth whitening") prominently in page titles and headers

Test and Monitor Across All Four Platforms, Not Just One

  • Recognize that this research found real, practice-level differences in which platform recommends which practice; a strong ChatGPT presence does not guarantee a strong Perplexity presence
  • Periodically test how the practice appears across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity specifically, rather than assuming uniform visibility
  • Pay particular attention to Perplexity, which drew on a noticeably different set of practices than the other three platforms in this research

Build Versatility Across How Patients Ask

  • Ensure website and citation content answers the question regardless of phrasing, whether a prospective patient is asking about the "best," the "top," the "most reputable," or who to "recommend"
  • Publish FAQ-style content addressing common cosmetic dentistry questions directly, since the practices with the broadest prompt coverage in this research tended to have clear, structured answers available across multiple sources

Citation and Directory Development

  • Verify and claim listings on Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and Bing Places with cosmetic dentistry service categories selected explicitly
  • Add listings to dental-specific directories such as Healthgrades and Zocdoc in addition to general directories like Yelp and BBB
  • Audit all listings for name, address, and phone consistency; this research found that even minor name-format differences — such as an apostrophe or a trailing space — can cause a business to be miscounted or misclassified
  • Correct any incomplete contact information on file, including placeholder or partial phone numbers

Review Management With Realistic Expectations

  • Continue systematic review collection, since recommended practices in this research carried meaningfully higher average review counts than non-recommended ones
  • Do not assume review volume alone will guarantee visibility; this research found a well-reviewed practice with zero mentions and a lightly-reviewed practice in the top tier, so review growth should be paired with the positioning and content steps above
  • Encourage reviews that mention specific cosmetic procedures by name, reinforcing category-matching signals

Differentiate Specialist Practices Appropriately

  • Periodontics, oral surgery, and implant-focused practices should evaluate whether competing for general "cosmetic dentist" AI recommendations is the right goal, given that none of the specialist-branded practices in this market earned a mention for that query type
  • Consider testing AI visibility for the specific specialty queries these practices are actually built to answer (implant placement, gum disease treatment, oral surgery) rather than the broader cosmetic dentistry category

Conclusion

Cosmetic dentistry shows the highest AI visibility rate this research program has found in Forsyth County, with 60% of practices studied receiving at least one AI recommendation. That is a meaningfully more open category than chiropractic care or med spa aesthetics, both of which showed far more concentrated, harder-to-enter recommendation patterns in the same market.

That openness does not mean visibility is simple. Star ratings show almost no relationship with which practices get recommended. Review volume helps on average but is unreliable at the individual practice level, with the lowest-reviewed practice in the entire study earning a Tier 1 ranking and one of the most-reviewed practices earning none. The clearest, most actionable finding is platform divergence: AI platforms in this research disagreed with each other substantially, and a practice's visibility on one platform offers no guarantee of visibility on another.

For the 14 practices currently receiving no AI recommendations, four appear to be accurately filtered out because they specialize in a different dental category, while the other ten — mostly well-reviewed general and family practices — represent a genuine and addressable visibility gap. For the 21 practices already receiving recommendations, the leaderboard is compressed enough at the top that continued investment in cosmetic-specific positioning and cross-platform consistency is likely to matter more here than in categories where a small number of practices have already locked in a dominant position.

The Central Question

When a prospective patient asks their AI assistant who to call for veneers, whitening, or a smile makeover in Forsyth County, will your practice be recommended?

For 14 practices in this market, the answer is currently no. That answer is changeable — but platform divergence means changing it requires more than optimizing for a single AI platform.

About Local Answers

Local Answers helps local businesses understand how AI platforms evaluate, reference, and recommend businesses online, then closes the gap between patient care quality and AI visibility. We are not an SEO agency and we are not a digital marketing company. We are AI visibility strategists focused on helping businesses become easier for AI systems to understand, trust, and recommend.

Too many practices remain invisible to AI not because of weak reputations but because their digital presence does not clearly answer the specific question a prospective patient is asking. A well-reviewed general dentist and a well-reviewed cosmetic dentist can offer nearly identical veneer and whitening services and still receive entirely different AI recommendation outcomes, simply because of how clearly each communicates its cosmetic specialization, and how consistently each is recognized across AI platforms that do not always agree with one another.

Local Answers is family owned and operated, based in Forsyth County, Georgia. We work with cosmetic and general dentists, med spas, chiropractors, law firms, and other local service businesses to systematically develop AI visibility through digital authority audits, category and positioning analysis, and targeted improvements across content structure, citations, and platform-specific testing.

The goal is simple but meaningful: becoming the practice AI recommends, on every platform a prospective patient might ask, not just the one a practice happens to optimize for. That distinction drives measurable new patient acquisition advantage.
